Kramer released her second album Thirty One with Warner Music Nashville in October 2015. Its success was due to the Top Five country song I Got the Boy and also in a duet featuring Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. This helped it reach the number three spot at the top of the Billboard 200 country album chart. Beginning in September 2016 her two month stint on 23rd series of Dancing with the Stars ended with a 4th place finish. That same year she released a hit contemporary song with Straight No Chaser's Feels like Christmas.
